Swiss railway clock
Modelled on the classic Swiss railway station clock: bold bar markers, black hands and a red second hand with a round tip. Like the real thing, the second hand can sweep round in slightly under a minute and pause at 12 before the minute hand jumps.
Turn off “Pause at 12” for a continuous sweep, or recolour the dial and hands to suit your space.

How to use
- Switch clocks with ← →, by clicking or tapping the sides of the screen, or by swiping. The dice button (R) jumps to a random clock.
- Go full screen with the button in the top-right corner, a double-click or F.
- Open Customise (S) to change colours, fonts, 12/24-hour time, seconds, date and time zone. Settings are saved on this device.
Questions
- Why does the second hand stop at 12?
- Swiss railway clocks were synchronised by a pulse from a master clock once a minute. The second hand runs slightly fast, waits at 12 for the pulse, then everything moves on together. You can turn this off under Customise.
